This is a tricky issue. I think most of us grew up with the super smart Indian kids who all became doctors and engineers and whose parents came over in the '70's and '80s and were the top 1% of the 1% in India. Those families are good peeps, maybe a bit insular like the Jewish community, but very much a net positive to society.
The takeover in Texas by low-IQ H1Bs is scary and needs to be pushed back on.
I'm not sure where Vivek fits in all of this.

True story: Jim Tressel was recruited hard to run for governor. His Ohio celeb status could have locked Vivek out. Tressel went to a cushy OSU position....Vivek was treated like garbage. DeWine (R) establishment, is gunning after Vivek now defending Amy Acton.
Thankfully you don't get to vote in Ohio, as Amy would turn Ohio into VA. Go walk around OSU or the specialized medical colleges in Ohio. You will see so many dot indians your head would spin.
