Hope in one hand and shite in the other. See which weighs more.

As I said, wish casting.

There is no way. I don't know where you get this confidence from. We would get murdered if they were now. You think we can change Independents opinions that much by then?

They will have exposed so much malfeasance and fraud by November at this rate that nobody in their right frickin mind will vote for a Democrat.

DNC approval rating is non-existent at this point already. They're polling lower than Congress, which shouldn't even be possible.

Yep. Trump holds all the cards, and is waiting for the right moment to strike.

The Democratic Party is essentially dead.

I'll gladly leave this board if you're right. But you're not. They'll be lucky to hold one. If dems get both? GOP may be effectively over for years to come.

It will be by the time this is over. They will go the way of the Whig Party and be replaced by something else. Hopefully something better.

Do you think it matters? Even if the republicans “win” it won’t help anything. The illusion of a winning side is just a mechanism to keep us all from realizing it’s not D vs R. It’s we the people vs them.

Blame Congressional GOP.

They passed OBBB and have done nothing else.

SAVE Act has been sitting in the Senate since last Spring.

Trump's nominees have languished in the Senate, leaving Biden holdovers running agencies (and Biden appointee dominated district courts selecting AUSAs).

No impeachments of rogue judges (or elimination of funding for their offices).

Trump's policies, which many of them were elected to implement, paralyzed.

So if the Dems take Congress, the blame falls completely to the GOP.

Of course. Because they want it to happen so they can try to remove Trump. But it will still fail.
