You considering defending the rule of law and the Constitution to somehow oppose the "American side of an argument"?
You literally argue for every single point of a party that habitually despises what America is.
Still think you’re a troll 99% of the time

I 'member when this was the argument that the ACA couldn't be ruled unconstitutional because unwinding it would be a disaster.

So all he has to do is run them thru congress?
Yes, and I'm not sure why he hasn't gotten that started, government shutdown aside.
Congress can pass Trump's entire slate of tariffs and make them legal. It can even give Trump a time frame for raising or lowering tariffs on individual countries if he can negotiate terms with them.
There's no reason to thread the needle with existing legislation, other than to flaunt authority.
Congress has to act, anyway. These "deals" Trump is making are worthless until Congress passes legislation to make them valid.

Pretty much, yes.

What are the chances any of that garners 60+ votes in the Senate?

Zero.
The majority of Senators are paid off and corrupt.

It failed for the same reason these tariffs are likely to fail

No you can't read
But I did see a typo thanks to your quote. I was voice to texting whiel pissing.
Here's the update
quote:
Just because that specific power is authorized does not create a specific authority for tariffs
Laws don't work that way. Authorizing one thing doesn't authorize something else. And I gave an example of that exact thing being ruled Unconstitutional (Biden's use of HEROES Act and student loans).

quote:Like you would know
That still requires specific Congressional authorization via statute

We dont.
We also dont have as much a trade issue with China as you buffoons think.. Trades are between two companies, not nations.

An example involving a jury determination has no conceptual overlap with one of Constitutional-statutory analysis.
