99% of those lawsuits were resolved on procedural issues, rather than substantive. It is entirely disingenuous to say that the post-election lawsuits resolved anything in a substantive way.

Which court specifically, considered the evidence in an adversarial hearing? The only one I am aware of went all the way to the Wisconsin Supreme Court where they held thousands and thousands of illegal votes were improperly included in the 2020 election.

TRUMP is the last person in the USA who wants the Constitution terminated.....he is pissed that the document is abused daily by the current buffoons in DC!
His point is VALID: if you have rules, obey and enforce them....This was his reason for the border wall....and many other issues he pushed.

Not exactly accurate. Summary judgment and judgment on the pleadings are final (appealable of course) and are in the procedural category. Happens before trial on merits.

Nonsense.
In the majority of those lawsuits, DJT was not the plaintiff. In most of the cases that he was a plaintiff, the rulings based on merit went in his favor.
None of the "No Standing" rulings (of which there were many) on any of the cases, regardless of the plaintiffs, were based on having no merit.
