This is a much better look. Ears aren’t even fricking close to the same. Nose has a big difference to me as well.

He wasn’t declared dead until he got to the hospital.
But the ears... rigor, as speculated earlier in the thread, could not have possibly set in so quickly in a climate controlled environment... thus giving a deformed look to the ears- and the nose looks overall shorter in protrusion, though the nostrils appear to be absolutely identical. Eye brows and hairline look identical as well.
It's just too hard to tell from that limited photograph that was "leaked", which could very well have been doctored and/or come from a "less than reputable" source.

Looks real to me. You can't roll a fake body into an autopsy and not expect to get exposed. The hundreds and hundreds of people involved, give me a break. The guy offed himself but he likely needed help and had money to pay for that help. My number one suspect is Al Gore, lol, he's dumb enough to do t and already has a built in alibi. The guy is an idiot and can't be taken seriously enough to be charged.
