This isn’t like making Aquaman black.
This is a period piece, and the race swapping makes no historical sense. Essentially revisionist history. Not to mention she is supposed to be the most beautiful person in the world. The poor casting choice takes away from the story. It’s not just arbitrary.
But you know this. Somewhere deep down. The leftists know this. They just strongly wish to alter reality, rather than operate within it and find their own place in it.
