Yeah. Tuscaloosa is not London, or Paris, or NYC, San Francisco, etc. It's a mid-sized city in a state that is very pro-Trump. LSU won't be the only group of people in hostile territory.

People putting up the balloon are freely expressing themselves, and anyone who “accidentally” shoots a hole in it is freely expressing themselves.
Incidentally, counselor, you might want to brush up on the First Amendment, particularly the part that says “Congress shall make no law...”
