I think we got here by allowing the political class to create and navigate methods which enabled them to be reelected for decades.
Combined that with the deep state which cares not too much about who is in the white house...
Lastly, there seems to be no accountability with the intelligence agencies

Because he tell the truth. He tells it like it is. This generation are weak and too sensitive. Too worried about feelings instead of reality. They don't understand that our country and society are better off based on merit. People today think they are somehow owed something....

You can argue you were surprised by 2020, and there's also the fact that a lot of the steal was done under the cover of Covid response - but now your eyes are open.

2 bullshite impeachments, bullshite race riots started by insane leftists, a little bit worse flu was released from a NIH funded lab in China that “health experts” deemed bad enough to shut the entire world down and change the election laws in 5 key swing states to allow rampant mail in balloting and not to mention the tech companies, mainstream media, and intelligence agencies suppressing an actual news story about Hunter Biden’s laptop by calling it Russian propaganda, knowing full well it was real, because it looked bad for their chosen politician. These are the real reasons he isn’t president.

He had reelection in the bag after all of what you posted here, right up to Covid. He should have never taken the knee on Covid response. I'm not arguing he would have been a shoe-in for reelection because Covid would have been a problem in any case, but I think he would have had much better chances if he had handled it like it was what it in fact was.
