You still not acknowledging that the money isn’t coming from the US? If you give a 20 year old 4 grand and it earns 10 percent a year, that’s around 500 grand at retirement age in 49 years. Thats about $175,000 in purchasing power. If $175k worth of purchasing power 49 years from now is going to make or break you, you are not able to function independently in society.
