Pahahahaha you do realize there is a couple other videos of him retreating and being attacked before putting down that guy also. It was self defense in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shooting.

I would say the solution is not to have some stupid kid showing up armed from another community.
I think the local officials, local law enforcement, and national guard should handle business by taking all these idiots into custody.

The eventual victim threw a Molotov at the kid, and the kid's response was to retreat between two vehicles. Molotov guy pursued the kid between the vehicles and may have had him cornered there. The kid ventilated Molotov guy as Molotov guy followed him between the vehicles. He had already retreated and was perhaps unable to retreat any further due to positioning of the vehicles.
