So, what you're saying is he just borrowed it without permission, yes?

Party of law and order wants to ignore law and order?

Looks like we have one dead criminal and this criminal should go to jail as well.

kid committed a misdemeanor while preventing his own murder.
More accurate to say that he committed a misdemeanor, which PUT HIM in the situation of needing to discharge the weapon.

Clearly self-defense, and good on him for that, but he would not have been in the situation if he had obeyed the law to start with.

This is literally the reason America has a second amendment.

Actively violent anti-American Political gangs are now roaming America’s cities and the politicians elected in those cities are refusing to do anything about it while the National media stokes the fires and covers for the gangs and their leaders. Worse, they’re funded and supported by many federal government officials.

In any other country in history when these violent communist marxist revolutions start an unarmed populace is quickly overtaken by violent criminals.

In America these violent Marxist gangs will meet the great equalizer in the right to bear arms.

quote:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Unfortunately, I think this will get worse before it gets better.

Fortunately, Americans have come together to crush NAZIs and Communists before and we will do it again.

If we're going to backtrack in that manner, let's go all the way back to where "protestors" decide to lay waste to public property and endanger the lives of citizens with their own illegally obtained and possessed weapons.....such as Molotov cocktails. Had this not happened, there would have been no need for a teenage patriot to spill their blood in the streets and he could, instead, shift his attention toward a little Xbox.

How many of you out there would like a lifetime brain injury from a skateboard to the head and have someone set you on fire making you a total freak.

You defend yourself and end the assault.

The silent majority need to show up and insist this kid is released.

This is the test case that will decide if you can legally defend yourself.

So you're saying he wouldn't have been attacked if he'd been 18 instead of 17?

It’s the test case to see if America needs open revolt against Globalist Marxist control.

They’ve been getting more brazen and more violent.

They’re using Covid as a catalyst.

If this kid walks, we continue to defend our homes and communities from these communists while attempting to let America course correct without open violence. Trump is polling unbelievably well even with minorities and middle/lower income peolle. and the globalists and power brokers in DC are getting desperate. And it’s showing.

If this kid is convicted, the time for passive resistance may be over. Meet these violent “protesters” every time they gather and fight them until they disappear.

A worse thought is if this kid is convicted and the next “peaceful protest” is met with a group of people looking for blood instead of looking to protect their communities.

Americans need to show up in large numbers protesting until this kid has all charges dropped.

If this is the powder keg, then so be it.

You do realize that someone was shot in the head and killed prior to the incident on the street, correct? And that this kid appears to be the person that pulled the trigger in the killing that started this incident?
