obstructing Congress,

That was the purpose of the FBI-led shenanigans in the first place.
Why didn't anything happen until the AZ electors challenge was underway?

Well he plead guilty to a felony.
If he’s so innocent, he should have plead not guilty and stood his ground. Don’t you normally call a guy like this a coward, and say he bent the knee?
Can’t have it both ways.

This is very true. He was one of the people leading others in to obstruct things and he did stuff like this
Do you know the kind of violent shite you can do to an innocent person and get less time than that? You people celebrating unequal protection under the law are short-sighted idiots.

Thanks.

Who was this guy‘s lawyer and what branch of the Federal government did that lawyer formerly work for?

SFP was a flaming prog prior to JerseyTiger posting on the Poliboard.
His biggest influence was Jersey and he desperately tried to be just like him. When Jersey adopted alters and went underground, SFP followed the influence of white suburban chicks and drifted back to being an authoritarian.

Well, I can point to one guy that did.
Guess he spun the big wheel, and lost.
I’m sure he’ll make friends in the big house, and use his time constructively.

Lots of conservatives still think the system works. They’ll be telling us how to “get out and vote” from the next cell in the future.

But to downplay what Jan 6 was is silly. It wasn't just "trespassing".
So what was so severe about this act? Was it worse than the climate change activist barricading themselves in offices? Was it worse than the Kavanagh protestors attacking SCOTUS or Congressional hearings? How about the BLM protestors across from the WH lighting buildings on fire? That was all dismissed like it was nothing just like the BLM riots throughout the nation!

it would actually be shockingly easy to take the Capitol
Especially with the capitol police opening the doors and ushering them in as shown on some of the video.

Powerman was the one who followed JT around like a little puppy. I’ve often said that JT couldn’t take a drink of water while Powerman’s mouth was moving.

Then the point you made makes absolutely no sense. None.

All felonies are not created equally
He was charged with 6 offenses, one being a felony. The max sentence for that offense was 20 years. Federal sentencing guidelines were 41-51 months. The government wanted a longer sentence than the sentencing guidelines. He asked that he be sentenced to a lesser sentence than the sentencing guidelines provide. He was ultimately sentenced to the low end of the guidelines at 41 months.
The felony offense was 18 USC 1512(c)
quote:
(c)Whoever corruptly—
(1)alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or
(2)otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
He's also been held in custody ever since his arrest early this year, so he'll get credit for time served.
Here's a link to federal sentencing guidelines

Here's a link to his plea agreement and other court documents

His plea agreement spells all of this out in great detail

What youre doing is posting the "legal is right" scenario and that's not being argued here.
41 months is too much for any non violent offense(s) whether you are black, white, gay or straight, that doesn't involve repeated property crimes over the course of years.
He's being made an example, I don't know why that's difficult to admit.

So you think that the sentencing is appropriate.
A lot of people don’t. You’re free to be a moron.
