The View's co-host Sunny Hostin says female intern battered Acosta

On this morning's show the great attorney Sunny Hostin said the female intern committed battery on Acosta when she grabbed the mic Acosta was holding.
Hostin claimed the law considers the mic an extension of Acosta's body because he was holding the mic in his hand. Therefore, the female intern actually battered Acosta when she touched the mic Acosta was holding as she attempted to take the mike from him so she give it to another reporter.
Is she stupid or what?

I agree with her. Acosta was assaulted by that intern. That intern basically is responibile for attempted murder. Trump's Nazi rhetoric is becoming dangerous, and all journalists now fear for their lives

She would be incorrect, because technically the microphone is the property of the WHite House Press Department and Accosta was stealing it and the woman who works for the Press Office had every right to stand her ground and protect that property from theft.
I mean just using their "logic" against them.

I have no idea how anyone can endure watching the view. I would absolutely prefer being waterboarded over watching it, the boys in GTMO though Britney Spears music was bad, pipe that shite in there for days on end and see how long they can last.

she was doing her job taking the microphone. she did this with every reporter. Acosta can't give his political opinioned speech of Obama's exact talking points. he is suppose to ask questions and report. Acosta removed her arm with his hand forcing her arm to bend so he could keep his microphone.
