In your opinion how did the GOP lose Jacksonville? Canary in the coalmine?

You know this upset has invigorated Florida Dems?

Look, he’s a fine governor. And he will make a decent POTUS in 2028.

But he’s not sniffing the White House unless Trump drops out, dies, or does something egregiously dishonest.

You are a fricking idiot. Those were your words way back in 2016 when you first popped up as a “reformed” dem now shilling for Trump. I remember those threads very clearly.

The internet doesn’t forget, cuck.

The Left Wing Grievance Mongers couldn’t have said it any better.

Why don’t they just cut out the middle man and vote Biden?

It’s a mayors race, those don’t indicate anything. Turn out is all that matters in those races, she’s popular and well known.

I don’t give phuck if Dems are invigorated, FL is red as hell right now thanks to Ron.

OnlyTrumpers were even more excited than Dems by the outcome of that race.

If they had a do over of the '22 FL elections tomorrow the result would be the same.

Honest question. What specific policies did Donald Trump enact that helped middle income earners?

-Tax cuts and tax policy? Yes, yes, and yes. This was the main driver for the economic expansion and wage growth. The repatriation of capital was also a biggie here.

-Regulation cuts? Yes, this allowed for businesses to be more productive and to invest more capital to expand.

-Trade policy? Yes & No. while it led to a reshoring it also caused goods to be more expensive.

-Health Insurance? He didn't really do much here but he did remove the penalty so that did put more money in middle income earner's pockets.

Energy Policy - lowered the cost of fuel and forced the Saudi to dump tons of oil onto the market.

So, if we agree that tax/regulation/energy cuts/policy were the main drivers of economic growth is anyone suggesting that there is ANY daylight between the positions of RD and Trump on these issues? There isn't.

To attack RD here is just disingenuous. Now, Florida has definitely changed. I live in the Panhandle, and we were always the misfit relative of South Florida. But even here in little ole Pensacola there has been tremendous change in the last decade. People are moving here. Wealthy people, specifically. People are selling their 2500 SF house in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New York, etc for $2MM, and waltzing down here and paying cash for houses that could typically be bought for under $1mm, creating a massive demand.

My current house, purchased in 2012, is now almost 2.5 times what I paid. I have had 2 random offers from real estate agents. All cash offers. One even offered me $25k in moving expenses.

That reality hurts lower/middle income people. Ron DeSantis didn't cause this, although it could be argued that his freedom pitch during COVID exacerbated it. Several states are experiencing this in pockets, specifically Nashville, Austin, etc. But no other state is experiencing this on a massive statewide basis like Florida is.

Why do you lie and keep saying it was an upset?

It was always very close with Deegan leading the whole damn time.

Desantis could take the time to go on tour, sell books....etc

Took the time to endorse people ...

But he could not take the time to:

- campaign for, request people to vote for his pick in the largest GOP ran city in the nation.

- wants the vote of MaGA... but could not detour from his book tour to check on Ohio citizens in the largest disaster of that state.

Explain Trump and Georgia.

Davis did well to keep it that close.

You are ignorant about this and just like to blame anyone but Trump in everything.

It is pathetic.
