The problem is that the democrats need the illegals as voters. So their allies in the special interest pro bono law clinics, the ACLU, and the judiciary have all come together to make removing these people nearly impossible.

Finally a win for the good guys. I bet he’s going to see a lot of 7-2 decisions if he keeps trying to undermine the branch with just as much power as him. Today was a good day for America. Haven’t been able to say that lately.

That's actually not even relevant, regardless. The primary issue is the HEROES Act, as the Supreme Court ruling was exclusive to that statute. So, technically, ANYTHING other than the HEROES Act was not ignoring or violating the ruling.
So even your "proclamation" attempt proves my point.
