No. I'm just not an idiot or following talking points of charlatans.
A lot of people seem to be following the talking point of charlatans and don't understand the ruling by the court. It ruled the Biden admin's use of the HEROES Act to forgive student loans was illegal. That's all.
Update: student loans are being forgiven every day of this Trump admin, based on a law that predates the Obama admin, which is the law Biden's amin used to forgive SLs after the ruling.

Trump dusted off a rarely-used statute meant for extreme circumstances and the Court doesn't see those circumstances. It was always a novel theory. I give the administration credit for the creativity, but it was probably a long shot to ever make it stick.
