Send all of the Venezuelan Aliens to the neighborhoods of the USSC justices who voted to stop it. Spend the government money to relocate them as near as possible to these justices. They want them, give it to them.

It’s not that simple and that is why they are trying to use it. Millions came across by simply walking across the border or being shipped in by your government. In order to get this fixed you cannot wait on the court systems and the legalities that bogs it down. Many laws were broken by the Biden administration as far as immigration is concerned. You can easily build a case against them other than the fact someone autopinned their pardon and therefore anyone following their orders are free and clear. I DGAF what you think. Did they actually follow those laws? Of course not.
They forgave people under the PSLF who had not been making payments for the 10 years minimum.
They pretended other students had been defrauded by their schools. Using a little-used “borrower defense” power. Pretty analogous to the usage of Trump’s AEA usage. You call the borrower defense good lawyering and AEA usage a ruse. But that’s because you can’t admit you’re wrong.

The right thing to do is simply ignore the court.
For those that scream "but the constitution", I simply respond that THAT ship fricking sailed during the Biden admin. It's complete pretense to act as if we have a functioning constitution and it has been for quite some time. But, 2021-2023 pretty much CEMENTED that reality. So, I really DGAF anymore. Do what needs to be done and let people cry about it. Liberals brought us to this precipice; it's time to step across.
