It's because they've never invented a paper currency so they don't understand the value of money. It goes back to the beginning.
They wear all this flashy clothes, jewelry, and cars /rims so that they can "look" rich. They are still poor but they don't want others to see it.
The cops should have belt fed machine guns firing rubber bullets into the crowd. A mini gun shooting thousands of rubber bullets going BRRRRRRRT!!!! Would definitely make them think twice about being stupid.
There's no fixing black culture or lack of culture that aligns with the rest of the world.
