Nixon was never impeached. Clinton was impeached for lying about getting head. So I never saw impeachment as the big deal it was in history.

First, we have a lot of media (and posters) loosely using the term, "impeached".
Articles of Impeachment have been filed with the House, voted on and approved. That is not "impeached".
If the Senate takes it up, and were to hold a trial, then it still is "Articles of Impeachment". Only if the Senate were to vote in favor of Impeachment would Trump then he "impeached".
It's like saying you are "convicted" before a trial is held when you are charged with a crime.

This really reflects badly on the Dems more than DJT.
It shows how desperate and petty, how crooked the Dems are to attempt to usurp the sitting POTUS and get beat down twice.
History will not only footnote trump as the only POTUS to be impeached twice, it note how in their desperation the Dems threatened it before he was sworn in and instantly tried political impeachment as soon as the Dems had the power in the House. Then, failing their political stunt once, they tried desperately before the 2 years ran out and failed again since the Senate cannot complete before he's out of office.
Pathetic Dems, bunch of freaks and geeks unfit for life in a healthy society. Basement dwellers shunned from society for their stupidity and mental and physical oddities.

You sure about that? I've always thought that the President was impeached the moment the House votes to approve the articles. Impeachment is the accusation, while the Senate trial is what determines the outcome of impeachment.

Obama was using the IRS against political opponents and spying on the press. He also droned US citizens with no due process. Those are impeachable offenses.
Your argument for impeaching Trump is he discussed an investigation into corruption with a foreign president and he told a crowd of people to protest peacefully as they are allowed to do by their first amendment rights.
