The fact that these people are in positions of power (sort of) and have constituents that keep voting them in is astounding and depressing.

How do you feel about paying for western Europe's defense?

Although it’s more justified to support them, I feel the same way about it as I do Israel. Why is this so damn hard to grasp?

420-9 vote to continue funding Israel’s Iron Dome.

Disgusting. It should be 0-435 against.

Considering that defunding Israel in this case would be siding with Hamas

No, it would not be. Israel can pay for its own shite, they are a wealthy nation.

Our politicians are absolutely in love with Israel. I got no problem with Israel, but their unified love of Israel is wild. The only thing in the world they are unified on.

You clearly don’t understand how our foreign policy works. We are buddy buddy with several nations including Saudi and UAE because they help maintain stability. Interested to see how this works moving forward with a nuclear and dangerous Iran.

It's not so wild if you replace the word "Israel" with "money."

And she didn't even cast a no vote. Only voted present, so she's playing up all the theatrics without taking stand

By voting present, she will get attacked from both sides (deservedly so). If she really believes that Israel needs to fund their own defense, then stop crying and vote 'no'. She is playing politics by not pissing off her zionist constituents.

Right. They’re a cancer. There are only a few right now but they’re gaining in numbers. We can see it with DAs funded by soros winning elections. Mayors and city council seats too. This isn’t a geographic thing either. We can’t say it is exclusive to the Northeast or West Coast. They’re winning elections all over the place.

Exactly.

I am more than willing to sell Israel pretty much any weapon they want but they are not some broke arse developing nation.

They can afford to pay for their stuff.

It looks more like the Israel proved again how they force the United States to do what they want.

Best part was bitchy AOC crying like a bratty little witch who didn't get her way in the sandbox.

This needs to stop. It is absolute nonsense. They created Christians by not accepting Christ. Those aren't shared values, they literally killed Christ because of his values.
