why are you not mentioning those studies had the fluoride levels significantly higher than it would be in our water levels?

I eat a few spoonfuls of beef tallow every day. Feel better than ever.

You should continue to believe this because it is a fact.

I'm pretty sure the reason McDonald's changed from beef tallow french fries to seed oil fries was to address the trans-fat of beef tallow.
You missed by about 20 years. They made the switch in 1990.
quote:
McDonald's switched from using beef tallow to vegetable oil (specifically a blend that included partially hydrogenated soybean oil) for frying their French fries in 1990. This change was primarily driven by public health concerns about saturated fats and cholesterol, which were linked to heart disease. In the late 1980s, advocacy groups and health-conscious consumers pressured fast-food chains to reduce the use of animal fats in their cooking processes.
Before 1990, McDonald's fries were cooked in a mixture of 93% beef tallow and 7% cottonseed oil, which gave them their distinctive flavor and crispy texture. In response to criticism and evolving dietary trends, the company replaced beef tallow with a vegetable oil blend to lower the saturated fat content. However, this shift also sparked some backlash from fans who noticed a difference in taste.
Later, in 2007, McDonald's moved away from partially hydrogenated oils (which contain trans fats) to a trans-fat-free oil blend, such as canola, corn, and soybean oil, in the United States, further refining their frying process to align with updated health guidelines. The exact oil blend can vary by country due to availability and local regulations.

I was trying to find out if that's a planned change or in effect.. is the Popeyes near me already frying in tallow... That sounds better than the grilled cheese sammich and mater soup I was going to make after work..
According to Foodie.com Popeyes has always used beef tallow as their main frying oil. Some palm oil in some items.

Buffalo Wild Wings uses the worst form of beef tallow. It’s “Deodorized” fat that is one step away from motor oil for your car.
It has BHT in it which is a horrible preservative that is banned in many other countries
It has Dimethylpolysiloxane which is an Anti-Foaming agent.
I know the fatties on here won’t care but just because it’s “Beef Tallow” that doesn’t mean it’s good.

All fairness, BWW and Popeyes have always used tallow (although Popeyes was a tallow and peanut oil blend).
Trust a fat man, he’d know.

I don’t trust any of them. Probably some modified Frankenstein beef tallow cause they are cheap fricks.
You are right about BWW not sure about the others. I seriously doubt they are just using 100% Beef Tallow with no additional additives or preservatives.

Saw a report last week about a place changing over to beef tallow, but the one they picked had some unnecessary added chemical. Will try to find it.

Is the one in Pensacola still open?

It's really disturbing how much they've lied to us.
But have you ever wondered how "they" can even avoid all the pitfalls they've put into place like avoid drinking flouride in the water etc

you guys missed the history behind the switch away from beef tallow.....it was because Hindu vegans claimed to be harmed to the tune of millions of dollars court settlement from mc Donalds

They say it's the worst kind that isn't good for you so there's that

Agree totally. Salt and sugar is way worse than fat. Alzheimer’s went crazy when we went to low fat diet. But heart related issues got better. Everything in moderation and be active and happy and if you have good genes you won’t die earlier than you should.

That’s the one. I used to stay in those hotels when I’d work that area. I’d always walk to the that Steak N Ale for a streak and several ales. The salad bar was on point as I recall.

That probably had more to do with the push of drugs that crossed the blood-brain barrier by Big pharma.
