It's his daughter. You don't think they had a conversation? Seriously?

Let's not forget that SHS isn't the one who reported this at all. She merely responded to what was already public knowledge, so it's unlikely that she would seek to compound the issue. If she had ever wanted to maximize damage, she could have broken the story herself. She didn't do that.

Oh don't try to claim moral superiority here.

How did you get that from what I said?

Get that chip off your shoulder, son.

Yes. Like I said, that's how it's supposed to work. The difference is that the right usually doesn't go crying to the local magistrate to solve their problems by gunpoint like the gay couple did to that bakery.

Of course. So he got third-hand info. Did you ever play Telephone as a child? And he apparently embellished what he heard.

Again, link the first hand acounts.

Exactly.
Not remotely.

“You are telling a story. Show me the firsthand evidence. If you have none, man-up and admit it.”

Apparently, that important distinction is too complex for some.

That's cute. An Aggie fan telling someone to man up.

JUST KIDDING.

I'm just going by what I saw reported. That's all. I wasn't there, so I have no first hand knowledge. Everyone else that was there seems to have put this behind them. So I doubt we'll get any other corroboration of this one way or the other. Personally, I don't think that Mike Huckabee would make this up out of whole cloth. That's all.

Nor do I. He received mangled, third-hand info, and he mangled it further. There are reasons that third-hand accounts are not admissible.

If the MAGA Mob would stop repeating obviously-inaccurate stories, I would never mention the event again.

Stephanie Wilkinson, co-owner of the Red Hen, resigned Tuesday as executive director of Main Street Lexington. The group’s board president, Elizabeth Outland Branner, says Wilkinson felt she should resign considering the past weekend’s events.

There's two ways to approach this. We can go the MAD route: You can act like loons and boycott businesses you dont agree with an kick people out of restaurants, and we can respond by doing the same, until both parties decide it's better that we stop this nonsense. OR we can take the high road and let you act like loons while we assume the victim role.

Either approach is a winning strategy considering it's obvious who started this.

Even a jacklegged idiot like you should know the difference between “I don’t have conclusive evidence of that and I’m skeptical” and “that didn’t happen.” You went with the latter because you’re a jacklegged idiot. You compounded this error by doubling down and defending an indefensible position. I look forward to you continuing your error.

For starters, Mike Huckabee claimed that they went across the street to another restaurant where this harrassing supposedly happened. There is no restaurant across the street, so he's full of shite right off the bat. No one outside of Huckabee has said a thing about it, either. He's drumming up outrage, and the usuals are buying into it. Hard.

Nah. I'd have to throw it. You're cool with me figuring out the best place to put it on your property, right?

Didn't the idiot in question confirm that she followed the family to another restaurant and gathered a crowd and let them know they weren't welcome there either?
