There’s plenty of things you can criticize boomers about but this one is pretty dumb. I’m Gen-X and a homeowner who has a very nice chunk of equity in my home that will only become more valuable, and what you’re describing would have no affect whatsoever on that.

Goldennugget isn't far from the truth, there are way more than the reported 20M or even 30M illegals here. The housing prices are a direct consequence of just how bad it is.

There are at least 80M illegals and maybe as many as 180M, are they all bad? No. But our country is being pillaged and most people are too comfortable to handle the truth of the situation.

when you own your own house as a boomer, the market has very little effect on us. Mortgage free no impact, property tax fixed no impact, house insurance goes down favorable impact.
