"Whether tied in 2019 or whatever, it was a noose," he noted. "So, it wasn't directed at me but somebody tied a noose. That's what I'm saying."
Wallace said that other photos showing similar garage door pulls could be photoshopped and presented as evidence.

Wait... so he's saying that it's a noose, and anyone who presents photo evidence to the contrary photoshopped said evidence?
Perhaps he simply doesn't know what an actual noose is, and thinks that any rope with any sort of loop on the end is a noose.
Hope he never goes to a rodeo or visits a cattle ranch. He'll never get over the trauma.

So dumb. He had a clean "out" and he blew it.
All he needed to say was that he was informed someone saw a noose and the fbi investigated and found it was nothing. We are all grateful for this outcome. Period.
