Terrorists cost this country billions and scores of lives last year. They created hundreds of injuries, disrupted the lives of millions, caused law enforcement disruptions that have led to lawlessness in our cities that is ongoing even now. More murders every day that stem from the situation the left has fostered starting last summer.
