The dems have eliminated all controls over the election process. Can you name one control in place to mitigate fraud? Until you can demonstrate that you care at all about fraud, I will assume there is fraud.

The clowns that you vote for have encouraged and allowed people to show up to drop points with literal sacks of populated ballots. There is no way to know where those ballots have been. None.

I’m so sick of reading idiots suggesting they need such high levels of proof to believe there is fraud, when they have created an environment that essentially allows it without being detected. That is, you don’t give a shite that there is fraud, you wanted it this way, so stop pretending as if any proof is going on to change your mind.

Imagine the type of hellhole we would live in if you held the standard for intellectual dishonesty.

That's not how proof works in the real world.

You don't claim some crazy shite and then tell people to prove it wrong, knowing they can't because you just made up some crazy shite.

Not even Trump believes the election was stolen from him, which has become very clear over the last 3 years

It wasn't a water pipe bursting that caused them to stop counting, a urinal overflowed.

youve got nothing left to hold onto.

Election systems are not people. The standard for assessing risk in systems is to analyze where fraud could take place, and then make a judgement on if the controls in place are enough to prevent the results to be misstated.

Scrutinizing the results of an election is not the same thing as conspiring to place false electors, pressuring election officials to “find” votes, leaning on the Vice President to go against his constitutional duty,

So - what were the DEM representatives in 2016 doing who objected to seating the GOP electors because of "voter suppression" in THOSE states.

what trial proved any 'voter suppression" THAT case??? Were those representatives committing treason?? ==> btw - that happens EVERY time a DEM loses an election - EVERY TIME!!!

There is a constitutional process for airing out that - and that is what the GOP was trying to do ---- HOWEVER - there was this little to-do going on on the steps of the capitol at the VERY MOMENT those arguments were going to be made in the CONGRESS - and lo and behold, the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE - declared an EMERGENCY - and initiated a CONTINGENCY provision to SKIP THE CHALLENGE and go DIRECTLY to the final COUNT.

SO - the INSURRECTIONISTs were very instrumental in SUBVERTING THE CONSTITUTION - they prevented the CHALLENGE from taking place.

how 'fortunate' - those wascally insurrectionists played right into Pelosi's hand

Do you think any area of our election system is susceptible to fraud? If so, what controls are in place to prevent it?

If you don't have transparent elections, you have fraudulent elections.

How does the OP get around and make sense of the real world?

Sounds like a fascinating psychological study.

My whole problem with “election fraud” is that voters shouldn’t have to prove fraud - it’s that the government needs to show that the reported result is accurate and compliant with the law.

I don’t believe shite that the government says, and “trust me” is not proof that the election result was accurate or procedure was lawful and followed.

That's why I say there should be a presumption of fraud if the system is not transparent or auditable.

That way you can eliminate the presumption by having a very secure system.

If systems like that were in place you would never see a riot or January 6th type event again. All of the results would be accepted.

To me,it’s common sense to suppose that if the election wasn’t stolen the party that”won” would have been more than happy to roll out the proof that the election was legit.
Then the one’s alleging the election was stolen would be looking foolish.

But that’s not what was done,Dem’s fought tooth and toenail to stop any examination of the election results.

Anyone with half a brain knows it was stolen.
