As is so clear and others said, Mueller did not write this report and probably did not work on it, he was just the figurehead to keep it all going. He thought he could just put his name on it and that was it..WRONG!!!

The Democrats are going to say that because the President was angry at being set up and falsely accused and complained about being set up and falsely accused , that he’s guilty of Obstruction. And the way to prove said Obstruction is by agreeing he did NOT actually commit obstruction.
