One of the great things about this whole mess is that it has so many people paying attention to how completely inept and wasteful our government is.
This is because congressional representation was supposed to be a civil service performed by people who care about their communities and states.
It's now a career that has to constantly justify its own existence and spending habits. It's fricking sickening.
