Genuninely wondering how this works.
The ability to delay and extend in the 14 points is very one-sided for Iran.
No restrictions are set about their terror activity (despite what JD says), no details about their nuclear program are set, etc. All of that can be delayed indefinitely, too.
Being that they're the ones getting stuff and we are the ones demanding they act in way that hasn't been determined, I called it one-sided.
