Yes, which why they’re all insisting he wasn’t hit by the vehicle.

They’re all citing a partial view from an angle where the officer being hit by the vehicle is only partially visible being blocked from the camera view by the other officer at the door.

The funny thing about that is that him being out of the camera view confirms he has to be in front of the vehicle from the angle.

Critical thinking must be abandoned to say he wasn’t in front of it and wasn’t hit.

I’m going to say however the 2nd and 3rd shots are potentially problematic for the officer if forensics determines either was the fatal shot.

Yup, if he hadn't shot her, she would have kept driving to get away from the law. We've all seen Cops, high speed pursuits are always dangerous to anyone in the area.
