Other than the boots (overkill) and the two tone back panel, this is almost a 1 for 1 match with the USMC Dress Blues. Hard neck collar (leather necks) wide ceremonial belt, hat, epaulets, etc.
Just a little more modern looking and of course different insignias.

That’s a bit of a myth. Hugo Boss did manufacture uniforms for the Nazi Party, and Wehrmacht as well, but he did not actually design them.
