Need to put the pressure on the malpractice carriers. Let them exclude this coverage and expose the confident POS surgeons’ personal assets. They’d start doing fewer procedures if not stopping them entirely.
This is the way. Every year when I renew my malpractice insurance, I get asked questions about what types of procedures I do in my practice. If I do Implants, full bony 3rd molar extractions, TMJ treatments etc., the cost for my coverage goes way up.
They also check to see if my marketing suggests I do these procedures to ensure that I answered the questions honestly.
I can't imagine how expensive their coverage will be going forward after this precedent.

It's textbook malpractice.
Yeah - what if someone wanted to identify as a quadriplegic.
There must be a special place in Hell for these degenerate bastards

:smh: - I had no idea.
On further reflection I can see this is needed to protect against the remote possibility of mistakes or other complications arising during a surgery.
Just never thought of this topic at all before.

I've occasionally tried to envision it - but it is so disgusting I cannot put any actual reflection on it.
It is hard to imagine that anyone skilled and educated enough to be a surgeon could possibly be enticed to do this kind of mutilation. Certainly their are misfit evil assholes in every profession, but for it to be a commodity that can be advertised is just not in my capacity for understanding.

Epstein bros will certainly be here shortly to celebrate this victory against child abuse.

Money and adulation from the left.

In 2017, the Spokane-area doctor began offering surgeries that he said nobody else was performing in Washington, Idaho or Montana. Vaginoplasties with penile inversions — removing most of a transgender person’s penis and constructing a vagina in its place — helped put Stiller on the map. When Stiller faced conservative backlash at a small-town hospital, the Washington Post wrote a glowing story about his compassion for trans patients.
But wait…

Allegations against Washington gender-affirming surgeon stir fears of backlash for trans patients Former employees and patients describe ethical lapses, shoddy records and worse at cosmetic surgery clinic — raising concerns about oversight in the booming industry
You essentially have to be a piece of shite to do this.

In the mid to late eighties, the climate for malpractice suits for obstetrics was so bad in Mississippi that many OB/Gyn that lived in border cities (Natchez and Vicksburg) relocated their practices to neighboring states like Louisiana.
The cost for malpractice insurance for Obstetricians in MS was 150-200K/yr.

I have.
They have reddit subs dedicated to before and after pics of transition surgeries, MtF, FtM, and even the surgeries that just make people androgynous or "neuter".
Full pics, no censoring.
It is shocking what doctors have been allowed to do.

Yep. If material misrepresentation is found to have occurred in an application, you will have no coverage. Period. And that lie follows you around forever. You can become uninsurable.

There aren't enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe it, it repulsive.

What about the legal guardian that signed off on the procedure?
Should be sanctioned in some way also - make them report to some sort of supervision that examines their treatment of the child until maturity.

Must have just been a money grab. Nobody that has theses surgeries ever has regrets. -- The Left aka The Wrong aka The Evil

Not a peep from the msm. Tried to find it everywhere. Nothing. I know it was a civil case - but has pretty big ramifications.
I really wish it had been more than $2 million. Not sure if that is enough to have insurance companies cancel the liability policy of these doctors.
Any attorneys want to comment?
