The line that stuck out to me was when Trump emphasized how nice it was to see how the "Republicans stuck together".

I think that line is aimed directly at the Senate Republicans.

I don't see how it can be interpreted any other way.

The Dems are going to do what they are going to do. Trump can't stop it.

His focus needs to be on shoring up the support of 34 Republican Senators.

That's all that matters.

The do nothing congress has done nothing for the American people except spend a fortune on trying to impeach Trump with hoaxes, set up and quadruple hearsay.

That should be the campaign theme in every congressional district for Republicans

To me it was when he said that Sleepy Joe Biden flew to China in Air Force 2, which is a slightly smaller plane than Air Force 1.

Republicans are going to fundraise on Impeachment. They probably welcome it as much as the Democrats.

So now the tRumpkins care about spending, it is ok when their GEOTUS spends like a drunken sailor on leave but now we need to be careful with the money.

Reason # 11235 you are the same as the Obamabots.

It's pretty sad you can't discern value-added spending from non-value-added spending.

Investing in infrastructure is good.

Wasting on the impeachment circus is bad.

Simple enough for your brain to handle?

If you believe one word of that you are the simpleton of the century.

The mental gymnastics required for both groups to resolve that their guy has good overspending while the other side has bad overspending is simply outstanding, it is Olympic gold medal level in fact.

Let's play a game. I respond to your post with specifics, and then you respond to mine with specifics.

It's your turn.

On the list of things I care about right now overspending is the least of them mainly because every single president has over spent

I would rather see trump continue to stamp out democratic socialism, elect more Supreme Court justices, fight crazy progressives, secure the border, beat China, and get us out of never ending wars

Sure I would love to see him spend less but right now this country is at a turning point and I’m not going to get all bent out of shape over spending

No buddy, the you're ok with out of control spending but whatabout when the other side does it is exactly whataboutfrickingism...

It also has absolutely nothing to do with my original statement which was about the fricking congress doing absolutely nothing fricking productive for the American People....

Republicans are not fiscally conservative except for a very brief period of time when the Tea Party emerged. Tea Party was took over by regular R's and it’s been business as usual since. The political capital being spent recently on tax cuts shows how fiscally responsible they are.
