Doesn't matter. Half the people will just have to move then. It's not about geography it's about good vs. evil at this point.

Well said.
Nothing is new under the sun, though. Society has been living through the allegory of the cave for millennia. The internet provided a brief informational opportunity for some people to realize they’re watching shadows dance on a wall. Those who control the shadows are quickly closing that window.

some on here need to read up on yellow journalism at the turn of the century in america
gov and oligarchs owning media to control the public is not new, because of the internet we are far more aware of it now

Damn, I didn’t realize they were that dominant. When you add in the Chinese, Americans don’t even own shite in the media and Hollywood

Read a bit about newspapers in the 1880s and yes, they were extraordinarily partisan. However they weren't all owned by 5 corporations with an ironclad grip on message discipline.

I wish we had an honest media.
This is Curtis Yarvin's point - but the media, the universities, the federal bureaucracy operate as extensions of each other.
If the media acts like a toady for the administration, it's because the people working in the media, are exactly the same kind of people that are working in the White House. They have the same backgrounds, went to the same schools, and think exactly the same way. They are upper middle class, highly credentialed, and very mediocre.
And these people despise average Americans.

It is NOT a "reaction." It is a PRE-WRITTEN NARRATIVE just waiting to be launched by the whoring prog-filth leftist indoctrinated SCUM of the media.

It is utterly amazing that so many here continue to believe the 2020 election was rigged or stolen. The AZ "fraudit" does ZERO to justify that belief.

Plus they often had their lean right in the name of the paper.
My small town used to have 2 newspapers. One had Democrat right in the name. The other had Republican in the name.

I am certainly aware of him but I am thinking of the 1880s in the old west. For example, Tombstone had multiple newspapers in a very small and young mining town. None were interested in balance but presenting highly partisan slants to events. I believe that was common in the 1880s in the new west and seemed primarily a reflection of power struggles between various local interests (mining vs cattle, railroads, etc. etc.) and also to a certain extent lingering bitterness between northerners and southerners.

You clearly didn’t watch anything. That was the most explosive election audit this country has ever seen

Don't care. They can leave.
