President Trump should mimic the Main Stream Media and declare the current situation “The New Normal” and going forward cancel Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, the Saints Home Schedule, Voodoo Fest and the like. Let’s see how Mayor Genius and the Press responds then.

She does at other times,. It’s hard to predict.
The choices in the last race were limited.
Being mayor of any city of size is probably the toughest job in politics for various reasons.
Latoya may be in over head, but she isn’t
Dumb or totally inept. After Katrina, she led the way in the restoration of Broadmoor. She was a very effective advocate. That’s how she got a leg up in the mayor’s race.
Don’t get me wrong. I wish she was better.
I’m not pleased with her performance.
