Even in real time (which you can also watch) there's nothing to defend.

Trump just posted to TS the ICE agent who shot her is recovering in the hospital. From what? A hangnail?

Also, yes. The 2nd and 3rd shots were clearly unnecessary by any measure. If autopsy shows those were the lethal shots……

That's beyond silly!! When an officers life is threatened, they uleash violent force to defend themselves. That's why they don't shoot folks threatening them in the knee!! Lol

They unload with the intent to fatally wound the attacker.

When there is a lethal threat and I have pulled and see the need to fire, depending on which firearm I have, 10-16 rounds will be expended. Never leave a doubt. Between someone else and me…always gonna choose me.

I guess you would’ve waited to see if your trigger finger worked after you were run over.

Cause an accident with your car and just tell the officer it’s not your fault because your weren’t looking where you were going. See how that works out for you dumbass.

Maybe don't choose anyone? How about nobody dies?

37 year old woman should be at home doing the chores and getting dinner ready for her family.

No it's not. Tragic would be riding down the road and a rock falling on your car.Getting aired out because you decided to try and run over an armed member of law enforcement will get your dumbass killed every single time. Zero sympathy for her. she made her decision and no she can spend eternity with the consequences

I also think the officer could have taken less aggressive steps.

The reality is that cops are not required to risk their lives to protect you from your own stupid actions. Guy runs at a cop with a knife, and people say shoot him in the leg. A woman hits a cop with her car, and people say he should have just jumped out of the way. Guy pulls a gun while running from the police, and people say he was fleeing, so they don't have to shoot him. They put themselves in that situation, not the cop.

Did the cop have to shoot her? Not likely. But I am also not going to demand he make multiple split-second decisions, not to protect himself, but to protect her while she chooses to drive at him and hit him with her car. She chose that outcome, not him.

My God, how fricking stupid of an act that was! Now her family (and children if she had any)

I’m hoping she didnt have any kids. And I think we would already know if she was a mother.

Hopefully he’ll recover as fully as Trump did after tragically losing his right ear.

I saw the shooting from another angle. The officer was in front of her car when she tried to speed away; he could have been run over.
