Iran is (or was) building a nuclear weapon. The same mind set that motivates the guy with the suicide vest to blow people to bits in the public market obtains within the military and theocratic leadership of Iran. If Iran has an atomic bomb, it will use it. Where it would be delivered is merely a matter of rocketry.
