Israel is just as fine as they’ve been for decades, as it pertains to the United States, they do no differently than we would do - or at least those amongst us who don’t go for flight instead of fight. Numerous obvious weak souls amongst us. If you were a member of the class (or generation, at a given time in history), ie the “leaders” who are looked to by Israeli children, elderly, women to some extent (although they’re fighters too), would you not pull out all the stops to achieve a more confident sense of safety and security, hell just in taking out the trash.

Those folks are gonna do whatever it takes to protect their own people and provide as safe and secure an environment as they possibly can, including seeking advantage and benefit from the most influential country in the world, and mere common sense dictates that Congress is who you have to ask and convince. Much like countless other interests do in their own lobbying efforts. Surprised? True story, bros. Israel ain’t the only lobby in town.

I feel too confident that our fairies over here would want no part of it and tell the children and elderly that they’re on their own.
