The House should impeach the 5 justices who voted for Birthright Citizenship

Mic drop
I’d settle for Roberts and Barrett. The Michigan senator who helped write the 14th Amendment clearly stated it was not intended for birthright citizenship. Anybody ruling otherwise should not be a judge to allow such a insane policy.

Fun fact
In 1804 the House impeached Supreme Court Justice Sam “No beer” Chase

Crap, should have impeached and convicted the entire prior administration for the border.

Ahhh another day another wholly incorrect statement by this Marxist twat.

No, they're telling you what the law currently is instead of shifting it to their or the administrations policy preferences. Almost every major decision for the past two decades effectively begs Congress to do its job and stop relying on the courts to parse out its shitty/ancient legislation in a modern context.
I don't want nine people trying to adjust old laws to modern contexts. I want legislation that updates those laws and their application when the need arises or the situation changes.

Gotcha. I'm sure these Black Robes are not allowing any of their political beliefs to cloud their opinions.

and you want Chinese spies running amok because the democrats will never vote for anything to stop them from birthing trips
Just say it and stop leaning on the democrats.

Yep. Ypu could kiss the first two amendments gone. Reall 4th too, no way the FF considered digital encryption. Surely they would be for giving government access to everything. We can do this all day.
MAGA seal clappers don’t want the “cure” they think they want.

TBH, there is only one justice that really deserves to be impeached no matter how partisan or bad some of their arguments are. It’s KBJ.
The others are at least practicing law. They at least need an argument. Granted I don’t agree with a lot of them, such as the BRC case. That doesn’t mean we should just impeach them all.

What the frick are you talking about?
The Chinese have been spying and robbing us blind for decades, just like the Soviets before them. Birthright citizenship isn't even close to the largest reason we've made that easy for them. Our universities and industries did that all on their lonesome.

They don't need to have committed a crime. Being derelict in your duty to uphold the constitution is plenty grounds for impeaching a justice. For violation of their judicial oath.
It has happened in the past, actually. For these exact reasons.

Jesus you're fricking stupid. You know, most people tend to shy away from talking about shite they don't know anything about, but these days and on the internet it's even worse when you have things like AI and Google at your fingertips. A 2 second internet search could set you straight on this before you run your mouth and look like a fricking fool.

I didn't say I wanted it to happen. I was setting you straight as to what constitutes grounds for impeachment of a justice. A crime is not necessary.
Why are there so many fricking idiots around here?

Fair enough. I mistakenly thought you were the OP.

I mean, you could argue about it, but it would be pointless. As I said before, it has happened in the past. Not because the justice broke any law, but because he wasn't impartial.
