What case was it a few years ago that Roberts ended up stretching the Constitution so far to make it legal there was a big controversy? I can’t remember off the top of my head but he had a lot of people worked up about it at the time. I can remember a lot of legal scholars and experts saying that he basically had the Constitutional meaning of his ruling stretched so far that it looked like a pair of Whoopie Goldberg panties. We are lucky this guy doesn’t rule with the Dems 100% of the time.

Sure, in theory a supreme Court justice can be impeached and removed from office, but only in the event they're determined guilty of a crime. They can't be impeached only because you personally object to how they ruled on a case.
Per recent Supreme Court rulings you may object to, they're unimpeachable, man.

You guys are really melting over something that never had much of a chance of getting overturned
And you're all insane if you think that the executive branch should be able to rewrite the constitution by executive fiat. That's a horrible precedent to set.

I don't understand how a majority can view this in the way they ruled. I get how some do.
