During my trial we had the ballistics expert for Fresno PD giving her testimony and the family members of the murderer yelled out "that's your opinion". No, that's her expert testimony you freaking jackasses.
They were told to put away their phones by the bailiff (which made me nervous based on where I was at).
The guy had an ankle monitor on and the murder was captured on video. But the family members were still there in support. The best part was the defense lawyer that told us he was appointed to defend the guy, said that he couldn't disprove any evidence that the DA was going to present to us but "I need you to keep an open mind" and lastly his closing statement of "you can convict him of manslaughter".
We got him for 2nd degree (I wanted 1st) with a gun enhancement so the dude is going away for a very long time. The murderer was Mexican and from a bad part of town. Gang tattoos and all. His mother looked the same.

That shouldn't be an issue. Voir dire will hopefully weed out the idiots.
Rick Chow was found not guilty in SC and I'd bet money that jury was half black.
