Thomas Dobbs' name will forever be associated with this case, with the issue of overturning the fictional right to kill a preborn infant.

Who is Thomas Dobbs? He is the extreme leftist state health officer for the State of Mississippi. He pushed for the state to mandate vaccines not only for every adult but also for school children. He was in support of a program in Mississippi to TEST the COVID-19 vaccines on children. He spoke out AGAINST the use of Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine use for treatment of COVID-19 and pushed for any doctor that tried these treatments to lose their medical licenses. He was consistent in misleading the public about COVID-19. He was all for the elderly dying alone in their nursing homes.

I could not be happier that he is forever attached to something that he loathes.

It is kind of amazing how people believe that this case was brought by a Christian conservative. Well done propaganda machines!

Ive been trying to educate people. The case was brought by the murder house. They sued the state of Mississippi, not the other way around.

The state of Mississippi just destroyed them in court.

So I saw on Jackson jambalaya that some ruling in the ms Supreme Court years ago ruled that abortion was protected by the ms constitution. Would be kind of crazy that ms got it overturned federally but not at the state level

The company I work for was going to have this cock sucker as a panel member on a work sanctioned town hall promoting Covid vaccines last year.

He had recently made comments in a previous town hall calling anti vaxers “anti-science Nazi’s” and “excuse monkeys.” I posted it on the companies workplace page and they removed him from the panel (shockingly). Couldn’t happen to a better POS.

He's now the dean for the School of Population Health at UMMC.

Is he still employed there? If I remember right, he looked like a weasel.

Another hidden glory; is every time there is a conservative justice up for nomination they have been blasted by the left if they would overturn Roe v. Wade... That question is now gone, and the left doesn't have another gotcha nearly as big that they can hemmer on.

Thank you again, Thomas Dobbs.

The left’s new question will be “Will you overturn Dobbs and reinstitute Roe?”

Which is harder to justify than “Will you uphold Roe as established precedent?”.

The case title is misleading in my opinion. Jackson Women's Health sounds like the name of the chophouse. But they are the good guys?

Explain it to me like I'm a zygote.

Can someone explain this to me like I'm 8? I've been out of town the past week or more. Just a elevator speech version of this?

Jackson women’s “health” is the abortion clinic. They and one of their “doctors” sued MS after MS passed the 15 week abortion ban. Dobbs was the MS state health officer so his name is on it

After Friday's ruling, Thomas Dobbs' name will likely occupy a similar standing — shorthand for a seismic event in the nation's legal history. But Dobbs, a physician who is Mississippi's top health officer, says he has had nothing to do with the case that bears his name. "It's just a quirk," Dobbs has said. His name is on the case, he noted, because of sovereign immunity protections. Instead of suing his state agency directly, plaintiffs must name Dobbs in court papers, because he's the executive in charge of the agency that inspects the Jackson clinic. "Actually, that law passed before I was even in this job," Dobbs said, referring to Mississippi's abortion restriction that triggered the federal case. "Honestly, I have nothing to do with it."
