They also didn't think everyone should vote, or that everyone was even smart enough to be trusted to vote. Another W take by the founders.

Preemptively attacking other countries for “WMDs” or the 35 year old nukes is not what they envisioned.
Since they could not have conceived of a nuclear warhead in 1776 we're left only with the strategy of coming to our own conclusions about the wisdom of ignoring a fundamentalist theocratic nation that has repeatedly pledged to destroy one of its neighbors and funded and exported as much terrorism as possible to that end for 45 years who announces to US officials that they have what is very close to weapons grade materials.
Personally, I think ignoring that would have been moronic. I think those of you who argue for it are being even more moronic every time you do it.
As much as y'all try to make out like it is, this is not GWB following intel that turned out to be false (but that everyone, including all the Democrats who voted to take action along with Republicans, thought was real). This is not Israel making a claim about Iran.
This is Iran telling US officials that they have it. That's a totally different and unprecedented situation than we've ever faced before in the ME, and again, ignoring it would have been extremely moronic.
Oh, and btw, this s also in the context of Iran killing 30 or 40 thousand of its own citizens on a parallel timeline.
Maybe they could have demanded an inspection instead of bombing. Maybe they did and Iran told us to piss up a rope. It's doubtful that they would have allowed anybody to come in and inspect when they were also in the process of comitting large scale human rights violations against their own citizens.
Now, could all of that be made up about them having near weapons grade material? Is the government pulling a complete psyop on the American public? Did they lie about Iran's report, just make it up?
For what? To give Trump an excuse to bomb Iran just because he doesn't like them and they've made him mad in the past? Because the Jooz told him to? So that he could say, "Look at me, I toppled the regime in Iran?"
Possible, but unlikely. They've fricked with Trump before and he's responded by assassinating one of their top generals and fenced with them in other minor ways, but nothing like this.
Is it also possible that he got bad intel from Israel about what it would take to topple Iran? Were we manipulated by Israel by having been given a false sense of easy success ? It does look that way.
But I'm not sure how this would have played out differently even if that hadn't happened. Because again, you'd have had to be a moron to not take the threat seriously.

And thats a congress issue, so you replace them in a primary.

Alabama just elected a tranny haha
Well logical people can see that one little state house race is insignificant, but if you want to believe this makes Alabama indistinguishable from California, im not gonna stop you

That is a good idea as long as you don’t recruit or support terrible candidates. If you keep putting bad inept people in office nothing will get done

Yep. We're pretty screwed. We are a nation of stupid people who have rejected our founding principles and imported incompatible belief systems via people who want nothing more than to destroy our freedoms and bear no allegiance to the country that welcomed them.
We are Rome.
I've posted this before, but it is appropriate in this thread as well. It is amazing how the U.S. is allowing itself to go down a similar road to what eventually led to the fall of Rome. Mismanaged immigration, erosion of the founding constitution, and outsiders finding their way into high ranking positions with no connection to the culture.
The city of Rome was founded as a settlement that was made up of many different ethnicities, a melting pot, if you will. 600 years later, in the 200's A.D. Germanic/Barbaric tribes and other groups were pushed westward into roman territory in western Europe. The Roman military had to pay and enlist Germanic/Barbaric peoples to fight against other "invading" tribes. This payment often came in the form of land. Give the Franks land for helping to fight the Visigoths, give the Visigoths land to fight the Burgundians etc...
By the 400's Rome's army looked different with Germanic/Barbaric chieftains ruling as "Master of the Soldiers" and the empire giving most of its land in Western Europe away with only Italy left as still being exclusively ruled by Romans. In fact two of the most powerful figures to hold the title of "Master of the Soldier" were Ricimer and Gundobad, both known as men of Germanic/Barbaric descent that were Romanized. Getting land in Italy was the eventual goal of Odovacer who eventually told Rome he and his men would help if they gave him land in Italy. He was told no and invaded a weakened Italy and Rome.
In the end Rome was not able to properly manage it's borders and those individuals settling in Roman lands became the very people running the military and deciding policy on how to deal with the borders. Those leaders did not understand Roman history or culture and soon that history and culture were gone.
