No it’s not. The fricking law passed by 53 votes. They are constitutionally required to present it to POTUS. Deliberations are now over

The Senate Voted 12 times to open the government with 53 votes.
Wrong. They voted to end debate that is not the same thing as voting to approve the bill. Many times you'll see Senators vote for cloture and then vote against the bill. Each chamber is able to make their own internal rules. They haven't changed any rule about how many votes are required to pass a bill and send it to the other chamber or to the President. Instead the Senate has set a rule that requires 60 votes to end debate before a final vote is called. If you get rid of the filibuster you might as well get rid of the Senate because at that point it's just a smaller house of representatives.
The House could do the same thing and it would be perfectly constitutional. Just because Trump says something doesn't mean you have to immediately run to defend it.

They only have the power to override a veto, not create one. Basically the filibuster provides 1 senators with a veto power. It’s not their prerogative.

In all fairness, where’s the SCOTUS opinion saying you’re right?

Technically, I don’t think there’s a need to have 60 votes to pass legislation. I believe the filibuster is strictly for ending debate. You need 60 votes to end debate on a bill before there is an actual vote that only requires 51 votes.

They’ve voted. It’s done.
So- present it

When did they vote on the bill itself? It will be online and relatively easy for you to link.

If they made the opposing party actually do the work of filibustering, it wouldn’t go on for as long as it does. The fact they can just say filibuster then go home (or on a trip) is the problem. I think that if you’re going to vote no on ending debate, then you need to stay and debate.
