If they are willing to ban entire age groups from accessing apps & websites, they are willing to ban everyone else from them when they see fit.

We don’t let pharmaceutical companies test drugs on kids without extreme safeguards in place… because duh. We likewise shouldn’t be allowing the most powerful psychological manipulation tools ever created to be unleashed unchecked on them either. We’re functionally running a civilization-wide psychological experiment on every developing brain in the country with no safeguards in place. It needs to stop.
The only people against this are people who don’t have kids.

Make sure the kids are good and brainwashed / never exposed to "other" ideas. Then, once they are adults - they will reject authentic information because it clashes with everything they've known all their life.

It is a large censorship plan and it's obvious. The UK doesn't even try to hide it. I saw a video on X of their police arresting a guy for simply having the British flag draped around his shoulders.
There is no way things end well there. The British folks frustration is increasing.
The protest will continue to escalate.
Soon the streets will be British folks fighting brown skin folks in the streets.
No guns over there, maybe the British will return to days of old and break out swords and wear armor!

I get where you guys are coming from but the age limit for most of these is 13. Age limits already exist.

Social media is already censored by algorithms designed to make money for advertisers. Social media is a commodity. It’s also toxic and I can’t wait for my kids to get older and think social media is only for old people.

This is the only social media I am on. Yes, Ms Cubbs, forums are still social media. It has just the right amounts of toxicity to keep me grounded so that I may live my real life toxin free!

Say the line. Say social media is racist for promoting bad behavior on certain segments of our youth. Say how social media racially profiles minority groups and filters them to more violent and illegal material knowing it will influence more to a life of crime so the racist for profit prisons can make more money and the rich corporations like Walmart can enrich themselves off of the welfare dollars of the single mothers such illegal and violent actions thrust upon our youth by the racist social media companies.
We need the government to protect our young from the racist and evil white supremacist social media companies.
