Personally I do not like Trump that much. He is not my cup of tea. Celebrity worship is not my thing. My dad and father in law are my models of manhood. I do respect Trump and everything he has done for this country. He has sacrificed a lot of his own peace of mind. Owl needs to let go of that TDS.

That's also possible, but it would take a complete rebranding at this point and I don't think they're going to be willing to do that. It was a lot easier to rebrand 25 years ago when half of Republicans were former Democrats. Reagan young voters will be the old people by 2032.
The truly interesting thing that's happening now is (a) that millennials are following the expected political course (young D, older R) and (b) Dems' stongest demographic is 65+ and 40% of them won't even be around in two cycles.

While you are 100% correct- at least they don't ruin your lifestyle like the democrats have proven to do.
There are only 2 chambers of the Legislative Branch Senate and House
Then there is the executive branch which the Republicans do control at the moment
And lastly the judicial branch which the Republican majority is at best 5-4 and isn't always consistent so I don't know where he's coming up with

Go back through this thread, other threads the board, The past month the past three months the past six months the past year,, the past 6 or 8 or 12
find a quote from my words in which I criticize Donald Trump
And I'll save you the time of finding the ones where I said he's not a conservative but a populist
