If you look at Trump's tweets this morning, it's clear he's pissed, rightfully so, at European countries for not taking ISIS prisoners back who were from those locales. But, betraying the Kurds is no way to get back at those countries.

Agreed. Assad actually hates ISIS and would quickly arrange for mass execution of the ISIS prisoners at Al Hawl, which is what should be done for world security. Letting tens of thousands of die hard ISIS supporters free into a Middle Eastern vacuum is crazy town.
