For those of you who love bashing President Trump more than life itself, I simply have 1 question:
Do you have any idea what this country would look like now if the outsider Donald J. Trump had not come along?
My inquiring mind would love to know your thoughts (presuming you've ever once thought about it).

I think its quite clear the republicans had resigned to the idea of not winning the white house any more after 2008. They were ok with running loser candidates for the sake of fundraising but they never intended to win any of the Obama elections or the 2016 election.
I think it was kind of understood democrats could keep the white house while republicans get the house and/or senate and have just enough of a controlled opposition to give off the appearance that they are fighting back but in reality they're slowly giving the democrats/globalists everything they want.
Trump threw a monkey wrench into this plan and thats why the nonstop hysteria has continued since 2015.
I think it was kind of understood democrats could keep the white house while republicans get the house and/or senate and have just enough of a controlled opposition to give off the appearance that they are fighting back but in reality they're slowly giving the democrats/globalists everything they want.

Jeb wasn't even in the final four candidates in 2016. Trump or not, Jeb was never going to be the candidate. He had the personality of wet paper bag.

Jeb was exposed as a lily-livered wimp by Trump, who tagged him with the "low-energy Jeb" label. None of the other GOP candidates either would or could have knocked Jeb off of his phony perch.

How much of that is due to how Trump pretty much single-handedly eviscerated him in that first debate, though? Who else in that group would have taken him down like that and gotten themselves to the forefront of securing the nomination?

Romney had more than enough money to have stood up against the corrupt system, but he still chose to be a sellout.

I still remember that first debate that Trump figuratively smashed a 2x4 across Jeb!’s face.

Just another "anything, at all costs, throw the kitchen sink at 'em, kill 'em, jail him for life, bankrupt him" weapon they were willing to do to keep Trump out of the White House. And they're obviously not done yet. Never will be until he's dead. I'll continue to say that, unfortunately, especially with our ss ineptness and bad actors/traitors among us. And seemingly even allowing someone to get off about 10 free shots (which were essentially gimme putts) until they had to finally blow his head off so he couldn't talk, averages say that inevitably it's going to be successful eventually. Poison him, truck bomb, etc. etc. And obviously, if they take the house, first order of business on day 1 is impeachment of OMB. Sick fricks. Maybe then, just maybe, conservatives will grow some balls and fight back like hell. But, probably not.

Rubio wins the 2016 election if Trump doesn't come along imho. I think Rubio would have also defeated Clinton.

My theory:
If HRC was POTUS, Covid would not have existed. If it did, it would have been treated the same way the major flu outbreaks were under Obama where actual kids died. It would have been swept under the rug.

Jeb! tried to come back more loose and edgy in the next debate and came up with that weird “warm kiss” line that fell flat.
And when he tried, feebly and unsuccessfully, to take Trump on Trump responded, “okay, more energy tonight I like it.” lol
