Did you type the original message telling it to be DAN?
I tried this right before I posted this thread, and it works.
Edit: I tried it again, and it has been patched. Well, it was fun while it lasted and proved what we all know about ChatGPT. It’s another tool of the political Left.

Considering the other thread, I put forth the same test on writing a poem about Trump and even just saying something nice.
Where GPT wouldn't, DAN will.
As I was asking questions, this loophole was fixed.

An article I read says the ChatGPT is updating their moderation as fast as possible to address the jailbreaking. It truly is amazing that they lock it down as much as possible. I get, maybe, to avoid litigation but they already have a disclaimer about it being a model and erroneous, etc. For those who want facts (or even just a starting point) for further investigation, it's a very useful tool however.
