This. Some people have claimed they may have taken plea deals and ratted on other people, that's why they weren't charged. I call bullshite on that theory.

With how aggressive the government was against everyone who was in DC on Jan 6th, there's no fricking way they'd give a free pass to the motherfrickers who were instigating. They would've been arrested, held without charges indefinitely, and slowly worn down until they begged to tell the gov everything they know. Then they'd be slapped with some charges and sentenced to at least a year in prison.
